Price Overview
Here you will find all of the information relating to: price overview, seasonal rates, cancellation policy and any additional services for the Severin*s Resort & Spa.
The resort has exclusive rooms, suites, apartments and villas ranging in size from 38 to 400 m² and can accommodate up to 10 people. Our prices are in Euros and are given per night. With our fixed seasons, we always guarantee the best price for the desired booking period and the respective room category. In the low season and in the main season, we occasionally offer special offers, which
contain various additional services, and thus offer a price advantage. You can find the current offers here. In addition, we offer an online special price for selected travel periods. This can only be booked online via our hotel website, and a free cancellation or rebooking is not possible.
Hotel Rooms & Suites
Our room rates include accommodation and breakfast, all drinks from the minibar, a selection of ALTHAUS teas and Nespresso coffee, wireless Internet access, a daily newspaper of your choice and free access to various digital newspapers and magazines, relaxing in our SPA including fitness room and childcare, as well as the shuttle transfer from and to one of the Sylt train stations or the Westerland airport.
Apartments & Villas
Our apartment and villa prices include accommodation, relaxation in our SPA including fitness room and childcare, wireless internet access and final cleaning. Breakfast can be booked additionally. Please note our minimum stay in Studio and Studio+ is 3 nights in season A and B and 5 nights in season C, D and E, and in all other apartment and villa categories it is 5 nights in season A and B and 7 nights in season C, D and E. A stay of less than 3 or 5 nights in the low season is subject to availability. In this case, a one-time final cleaning will be charged in addition to the room rate. For a booking of 8 nights or more, the prices include an intermediate cleaning of your accommodation unit. The prices for additional cleaning vary depending on the type of accommodation.
Cancellation Policy
If no special conditions have been agreed upon, the following cancellation conditions apply: 4 or more weeks before the planned arrival, you can cancel your stay free of charge. If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before your planned arrival, we charge 50% of the agreed upon services. For a last-minute cancellation of 14 days or less, we charge 80% of the agreed services.
Special cancellation conditions apply in season periods E and F, which include in particular the travel periods over public holidays as well as in the summer holidays. All bookings that include these season periods can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 weeks before arrival.
Tourist Tax
The tourist tax of € 1.85 in the low season (01 November to 30 April) and € 3.70 in the high season (01 May to 31 October) is calculated per adult, per night, and is not included in the room rate.
